Hoock's Heating & Cooling, a family-owned and operated business based in Wentzville, MO, had its beginnings shaped by fate. Fifteen years ago, owner/operator Russ Hoock was enrolled in a high school heating and ventilation course, rather than his preferred elective. Upon completing the program, Russ’ passion for the HVAC industry was ignited, compelling him to pursue a career in the HVAC field.
Post-graduation, Russ furthered his commitment to the field and pursued education at Ranken Technical College to enhance his skills. With a solid educational foundation, he gained practical experience by working with various heating and cooling companies in the greater St. Louis area. During this time, Russ felt there was an opportunity to enhance the customer experience and provide a broader range of products.
This vision led to the establishment of Hoock's Heating & Cooling in 2017, where we are committed to delivering top-notch products and an exceptional customer experience. From our humble beginnings, we have been able to grow and expand with the support of our amazing customers. We have been blessed to employ quality technicians who share Russ’ passion and add to our office staff. In 2022 Russ’ wife, Megan, left her career as a registered nurse and joined the Hoock’s team as Office Manager.
