Russ came out to the house and gave me the best bid he could. I had 3 other bids. One a friend of a friend and yes I could have got it for $1000 less but no waranty on the workmanship. The other 2 bids were reputable companies, one bid … More higher the other lower. Neither company bid to replace the line sets, disconnect box or other items. He also came out and did the work 4 days later. Russ and Albert replaced the condensing unit, the inside box coil with one that fit the furnace, new lineset, new plenum, hooked it all up, and had everything running in about 4 hours. Russ and Albert are very professional about what they do and polite. I tend to get chatty. Yes I'll have them do the yearly maintenance check up on my furnace and ac.

One day in and out! I had a complete heating and cooling system installed at my residence. Both techs where professional and personable. Hoock's heating and cooling completed the installation making sure that everything was installed … More as promised. Efficient and detailed oriented crew and an honest straight forward advice as to what was really needed for my home. Not just sales pitch but real advice. Very nice to have the peace of mind of a warranty backed installation.
