Hoock's Heating and Cooling is the Best. My Heatpump A/C unit wasn't cooling the house down like it should on a warm June evening. I was willing to pay the on call fee. I just wanted my A/C back. I called the office number and … More spoke to Megan about 7pm and she had Russ out here by 8:15. He checked everything they could and found out what the problem was. He explained the parts function and that he would have to order it next day for me. I was still under my Carrier parts warranty, so that helped out. So they got this part ordered and James came out and installed the new part, cleaned everything up before he left and made sure everything was working top notch. They were fair with their price and both Russ and James were both extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me to make sure I didnt have any questions. I will only use and recommend this company. The A/C is back to blowing out that ice cold air we are used to getting.

I had just changed my Service company to Hoock's from Air comfort Service and I am so glad I did. On May 22,.2025, James came over from Hoocks and throughly checked everything to do with my heatpump and AC Unit.. He was the first … More company that actually washed out my outside unit with a soap and then rinsing it with regular water, and then even wiped it down afterwards. The other companies didnt even look at my AC, just looked at my furnce and told me I need a Humidifier. Some of these other companies try to sell you things when they come, but Hoocks wasn't like that. They have a great service.and a great team/company. I can't wait for them to come back in the fall. I even posted pictures of James actually doing what the other companies should.have been doing.

Hoocks did an excellent job installing a new system for my home’s A/C and gas furnace in the attic. Very clean and professional.
