From the beginning, Hoock’s took great care of us. Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable, and confirmed what the previous technician had found. After speaking with Russ, the owner, it was clear they weren’t just trying to sell us a new system and were willing to repair our existing unit if that’s what we wanted, but my wife and I had known for a while that replacing it was the best long-term investment. Russ was a huge reason we felt confident choosing Hoock’s, he took the time to answer every question, explain our options, and never once made us feel pressured.
The entire team was outstanding. Rick and Riley did an incredible job with the installation, were respectful of our home, meticulous with their work, and left everything spotless. When I noticed a humming coming from the return vents, they didn’t brush it off as “normal” they took the concern seriously, investigated it, and found a solution. Megan in the office was also wonderful, always helpful, knowledgeable, and great at keeping everything organized with scheduling and payments.
From start to finish, Hoock’s exceeded our expectations. Every person we interacted with was professional, honest, and genuinely cared about doing things the right way. Replacing an HVAC system is a major investment, but we have complete peace of mind knowing we chose a company with integrity and great customer service. Hoock’s has earned customers for life, and we couldn’t recommend them enough!

Russ was by far the most knowledgeable and professional person that came out to our home to price out … More a new system. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect package at a great price.
On the day of install, Rick, Alex and Seth were extremely efficient and very friendly throughout the entire install. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure we were completely happy with our system before they left.

What really stood out was how much time they took to explain everything. They walked me through what caused the issue, how it was fixed, and what I can do in the future to help prevent it from happening again. They also took the time to educate me on our unit's capabilities, maintenance needs, and what to watch for moving forward, which was incredibly helpful.
Not only was the service fast and professional, but everyone was genuinely kind and personable. As an added bonus, they even brought a toy for our dog, which absolutely made his day!

First let me express how thankful I am that I called Hoock’s Heating and Cooling. I wanted a mini split for my garage.So I called and scheduled 3 companies to give me bids for the job. My wife and I do appreciate the aesthetic part of things … More I may ad. I met with all three representatives and expressed what we wanted and how we wanted it. Russ the owner of Hoock’s was very accommodating to our needs-the other two salesmen made excuses on why they couldn’t do the install the way that we wanted. All that I expressed to all three parties was that we just got new siding and so we wanted a minimum footprint on the outside of our home of conduit so that it would be aesthetically pleasing. Basically, looking for the least penetration of our home possible. Russ was the only one that stated” yes he could do it that way, no problem”.I did realize that it was gonna be more work for them because it would require 2 trips. The other two shot down what we wanted for various reasons. Russ got the bid to us first, and we committed before we even got the other two bids. Ironically, after the fact, his bid was the best and included the best equipment. The installation process went seamlessly, and we are very, very pleased with the final results. Russ and his employees are very professional, and you can tell that Russ is very detail oriented. And his employees reflect that in their workmanship. I highly recommend Hoock’s Heating and Cooling. If we ever needed any other work, we would not hesitate to call them. We’re very excited that we can heat and cool our garage on demand as needed. so if you’re thinking about having some work done, I recommend that you at least contact Russ-Rest assured you will not regret it.
