Great Service! Our AC stopped working around the July 4th Holiday. The scheduling was so easy and very friendly. We talked to Aleana. Her customer care is outstanding! After booking for July 3rd, Hoock’s Heating and cooling sent an email … More and a text. The text had the tech name and photo. We received a reminder about the appointment —and Aaron (HVAC tech) called when he was on the way. The absolute best part of the experience is Aaron’s knowledge of what was wrong. He replaced the part (and the cost was lower than we could have ever imagined). We are very happy customers! Hoock’s is now our only go-to for routine maintenance or any big project in the future. I highly recommend them!
