A friend referred us to Hoock's when our a/c went out. They did an actual load survey to discover the size equipment we actually needed and gave us estimates for a/c only and an a/c and furnace. There wasn't any pressure from … More them to buy. They also gave us a great financing option. We had 3 other bids from different companies. Hoock's wasn't the cheapest, but their equipment wasn't bargain basement either. We chose Hoock's because of their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. They installed the entire system in one day. They were respectful, cleaned up after themselves and did a first class job!! The system works perfectly! I highly recommend them!
